2.1 Information you provide

• Discord account data: When you authenticate via Discord OAuth, we receive your Discord user ID, username, and avatar. We do not receive or store your Discord password.
• Organization and radar data: Guild/organization names, radar configurations, character lists, alert settings, and respawn board data that you create within the Service.
• Payment information: Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers, bank account details, or other payment credentials on our servers. We only receive confirmation of subscription status from Stripe.

2.2 Information collected automatically

• Usage data: We may collect basic analytics such as pages visited, features used, and session duration to improve the Service.
• Cookies: We use essential cookies for authentication (session management) and locale preferences (language selection). We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

2.3 Publicly available game data

The Service collects publicly available character and guild information from Tibia's official website (tibia.com), including character names, levels, vocations, worlds, and online status. This data is publicly accessible to anyone visiting tibia.com and is not considered personal data.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Authenticate your identity and manage your account
• Process subscription payments through Stripe
• Deliver real-time alerts and notifications to your configured channels (Discord, Telegram, TeamSpeak)
• Monitor and track characters and guilds as configured by you
• Generate radar analytics and activity reports
• Communicate important updates about the Service
• Prevent fraud and abuse

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share data in the following limited circumstances:

• With your organization members: Other members of your TGuildRadar organization can see shared radar data, character lists, and activity feeds within that organization.
• Third-party service providers: We use Stripe for payment processing and Discord/Telegram/TeamSpeak APIs for alert delivery. These providers process data in accordance with their own privacy policies.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), secure database access controls, and row-level security (RLS) to ensure data isolation between organizations. While we strive to protect your data, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Radar event data (logins, logouts, deaths, level-ups) is retained for the duration of each radar and may be cleaned up after a radar is ended. You can delete your organization and all associated data at any time through the application settings. Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal data within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate personal data
• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data (you can also do this directly in the application)
• Portability: Request your data in a portable format
• Objection: Object to certain processing of your personal data

8. Children's Privacy

Your data may be processed and stored in countries other than your country of residence. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your data to these jurisdictions, which may have different data protection laws than your own.
