Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TGuildRadar ("the Service"), operated by TGuildRadar ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TGuildRadar is a web-based platform that provides real-time monitoring, analytics, and alert services for guild radar coordination in the online game Tibia. The Service tracks publicly available character data from Tibia's official website and delivers notifications through third-party platforms including Discord, Telegram, and TeamSpeak.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must authenticate via Discord OAuth. By doing so, you grant us access to your basic Discord profile information (username, avatar, and user ID). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account and for all activities that occur under your account on our platform.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Violate the terms of service of Tibia, CipSoft GmbH, Discord, Telegram, or TeamSpeak
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other users or game players
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Use the Service to engage in any form of real-world trading (RWT) or other activities prohibited by CipSoft
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to interact with the Service beyond its intended functionality
• Share your account access with unauthorized third parties

5. Subscription Plans and Payments

The Service offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a monthly basis through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following:

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe and are non-refundable unless required by law
• Subscriptions automatically renew each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' prior notice
• Downgrading your plan may result in the loss of features or data associated with the higher tier

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and content (excluding user-generated data and third-party trademarks), is owned by TGuildRadar and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. "Tibia" is a registered trademark of CipSoft GmbH. TGuildRadar is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by CipSoft GmbH. All Tibia-related data displayed in the Service is sourced from publicly available information on tibia.com.

7. User Content and Data

You retain ownership of any data you input into the Service (e.g., radar configurations, character lists, alert settings). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process this data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (Discord, Telegram, TeamSpeak) for authentication and alert delivery. We are not responsible for the availability, security, or terms of these third-party services. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Monitoring accuracy depends on the availability and structure of Tibia's official website, which is outside our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TGuildRadar and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of in-game items or progress, or interruption of service, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may delete your account and data at any time through the application settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify users through the Service or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings.
